CONDITIONS OF PLAY
The tournament will be played in full accordance with the laws of Badminton and Competition Regulations adopted by the BWF including the prohibition of doping for which tests may be carried out. The Committee reserves the right to cancel any event which has insufficient entries. The Committee reserves the right to refuse or restrict entries without assigning any reason and to add to or alter these condititions. Its decision (s) on all matters shall be final. Competitors must be prepared to play at the times quoted in the order of play for the events for which they were entered. Competitors can be scratched if not ready to play when called. The seeding and the draw will be done by Slovenia badminton Association
CLOTHING/ADVERTISING
Players must wear suitable badminton attire.

All events: 3 sets to 21
SHUTTLES
Li-ning will be available in the sport hall – 25 EUR/tube
COURTS 8
Where possible, practice courts will be made available at requested times, but this cannot be guaranteed.

ENTRIES
All 5 events will be played at the tournament in the following age groups: 35+/ 40+/ 45+/ 50+/ 55+/ 60+/ 65+ Player is eligible to complete, provided he or she fulfils the age requirements on 1st January 2021. Entries must contain the date of birth of each player. No late entries will be accepted. Closing date 23:59 is on 20th Avgust 2021. The entry fees must be paid at the same time as the entries are submitted. The entry fees will not be refunded in the event of a withdrawal. Payment must be done before their first scheduled match, failure to do so means that they will not be allowed to play. This rule will be enforced – no exceptions Entry fees will not be refunded in the case of a withdrawal. For all the players withdrawing, the Organisers can invoice the entry fee to the relevant Member Association.
ENTRY FEES
Singles: 25 EUR per player Doubles: 12 EUR per player/per event
VISAS After entering player(s) in the tournament it is the Player's responsibility to ensure they apply for visas in good time for the event. The Tournament Organisers will do everything possible to enable the entered players to obtain a visa. All visa participants needing a visa should request for a letter of guarantee till 20st Avgust 2021.

TRANSPORT
Airport: Transport from Airport Brnik Ljubljana » Jožef Pučnik » and returning back will be organized. Price and information on demand: 50,00 EUR by automobile (max 4 persons) 80,00 EUR by van (max 8 persons) Transport from Airport Trieste/Railway station and returning back (150 km) and Airport Zagreb (140 km), will be organized. Price and information on demand: 150,00 EUR by car (max 4 persons) 200,00 EUR by van (max 8 persons)
INSURANCE
Organisers decline responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other damages. It is up to participants to insure themselves.
MEDICAL
A physiotherapist will be present in the Sport hall during the tournament and a medical doctor will be on call.
MANAGERS MEETING
Managers meeting will be at 8:00 at the sport hall on Saturday on 28th Avgust 2021, if required. If further meetings are required, they will be advised in due course.
REGULATIONS
1. A player may play in a lower age group, but not a higher one, than his/her own age group. However, players may only enter 3 events (not necessarily in the same class), but a player may not enter more than one singles event.
2. The committee reserves the right to cancel any event which has insufficient entries or to adjust events accordingly.
3. The committee reserves the right to refuse or restrict entries without assigning any reason and to add to or alter these conditions. Its decision on all matters shall be final.
4. Rally point scoring will be used. All matches shall be the best of three games to 21. An interval not exceeding sixty seconds shall be permitted when a player/pair reaches eleven points in any game. An interval not exceeding two minutes shall be allowed between games.
5. The seedings and the draws will be done by Badminton Associacion Slovenija.
6. The draw will be conducted in the Badminton center Dolgi most on Tuesday 24th Avgust 2021.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL
For this tournament to be a safe event, we require everyone's cooperation! We ask everybody to follow these guidelines and to not endanger others, otherwise you can lose your accreditation, which also means that you won´t be allowed to go back into the venue!
General Measures
All participants must agree to abide the following preventative measures:
Keep a minimum distance of 2 meters (6.5 ft) between yourself and those living in another household (except during play) - indoor and outdoor!
It is mandatory to wear face masks indoor all the time (including venue, hotel, public transport).
You can take off you mask:
In your hotel room, when you are alone/with your roommate
During exercise (warm-up, match, practice)
While eating or drinking
Reccomendations:
It is recommended that you wear the mask outdoors (when interacting with others) as well.
Practice a good hand hygiene: Regularly wash/disinfect your hands!
Limit external contact: When you are not at the venue, please stay at the hotel. Short walks (eg. getting take-away) are fine, but avoid other people!
Limit internal contact: Don't go to crowed areas or hang around with other players, coaches or officials outside your traveling group.
Test regularly: Mandatory testing for all participants after 48h.
Players must be available to play at least 20 minutes before times quoted and will be scratched if not ready when called.
